Straight answers

Why is there no price list?
Because the honest number depends on what you need, and a made-up number helps nobody. Tell us the problem and you get a fixed quote — in writing, before anything is built.
What does fixed price actually mean?
The scope is written down and priced. If you later want something outside it, we quote that separately and you decide. You will not get an invoice you did not expect.
Do you charge for the first conversation?
No. The first call is about working out whether we are the right fit. If we are not, we will say so and point you somewhere better.
Who owns what we build?
You do. The code, the content, the domain and the data. If you ever want to take it elsewhere, you can, and we will help you move it.
What about hosting and maintenance?
Hosting is included for the first year on new sites. After that it is a small monthly cost that we will quote plainly. Maintenance is optional, never bundled in silently.

Describe the job in a couple of sentences and we will come back with a scope and a price.
