These are site terms only. Every project is governed by its own signed scope and agreement, which takes precedence over this page. Have a solicitor review both before launch.
This website
The content here is for information. We keep it accurate but do not warrant that everything is current at the moment you read it.
Project work
Work is quoted per project against a written scope. That document covers price, timeline, revisions, ownership and what happens if either side wants to stop. Nothing on this page overrides it.
Ownership
On final payment, you own the code, content and data we produced for you. Third-party software keeps its own licence.
Liability
Our liability for any project is limited to the fees paid for that project, except where the law does not permit that limit.
