Our process
Six steps, andno surprises.
This is how we propose to run a project. It is a description of our intended process rather than a promise about your specific job — we confirm the details with you before anything starts.
- 01
Week 0
A conversation
Twenty minutes, no pitch. We ask what is slow, what it costs you, and what you have already tried. Half of these end with us telling somebody they do not need what they came in asking for.
- 02
Week 1
A look at how the work moves
We map how a job actually travels through your business today — where it waits, where it gets re-typed, where it goes missing. This is the step that changes most briefs.
- 03
Week 1-2
Scope and price, in writing
What we will build, what we will not, what it costs, and when it lands. One page you can read in five minutes. Nothing starts until you say yes to it.
- 04
Weeks 2-8
Build in the open
You get a working link in the first week and watch it fill in. Feedback goes in continuously instead of in one painful review at the end.
- 05
Final week
Test on real things
Real content, real data, real phones. We check speed, accessibility and every form and integration before anybody outside sees it.
- 06
Launch
Handover, then stay reachable
Training for your team, documentation written for people who did not build it, and a person who picks up the phone afterwards.

Let's talk about your goals and how we can help you get there.
